Polynesian Gardens has eight forms that are available to Owners for use:
Leasing their property
Friends and Family Occupancy Form (Non-Rental)
Requesting maintenance on their villa
To make changes to their villa

LEASE APPLICATION FORM All owners who lease/rent out their villas are required to complete this Application Form and return it to the Board of Directors of Polynesian Gardens, (address provided on the form) each time a Villa is leased/rented.
For security purposes, this form is to be used when either Friends or Family will be staying at your villa when you are not in residence there yourselves. Print the form from this web site, fill out the information requested and FAX or mail to the address provided.
MAINTENANCE REQUEST FORM If the exterior of a Villa needs maintenance or repair, the Owner of the Villa is required to submit this form to any Member of the Board of Directors (or mail it to Argus Property Management) for approval and repair.
CHANGE OF VILLA FORM If an Owner wants to make changes to their Villa, this form must be completed, and submitted to any Member of the Board of Directors (or mail to Argus Property Management) for consideration. Changes must fall within the guidelines of the Documents of Ownership of Polynesian Gardens to be considered for approval. No additional square footage to any Villa is allowed.
EXTERIOR PAINT REQUEST FORM If a Unit Owner wants to change the exterior color of their Unit, this form must be completed, and submitted to a Member of the Paint Committee (Anne Myers or Ellie Seidel) for review and approval. Painting of a Unit will be at the expense of the Unit Owner unless the Unit is scheduled for regular maintenance painting as deemed by the Board of Directors.
USE OF COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE FORM If an Owner wants to reserve the community clubhouse space for personal use, this form must be completed and submitted to a Member of the Board of Directors (Steve Sims or mail to Argus Property Management) for review and approval. Adherence to all clubhouse rules is the Owner's responsibility.
NEW BUYERS TRANSFER APPLICATION This form is used for new buyers and re-financing of villas when an agreed upon contract is established. The present Owner is responsible for getting the form to their Real Estate Agent so the form can be properly filled out and returned to the Association so the Association can fulfill their part of the application.
